I made this piece during a period of reflection on how exhausting it is to try to fit in. It holds that quiet turning point when the pressure to shrink and contort finally lifts, and you realise the mismatch is the magic.

Dedicated to self acceptance and the beauty of being a little awkward. The expressive, hand-drawn linework keeps it human, and the calm pink background makes it easy to live with. The words “I Don’t Fit, That’s Okay” are part of the artwork, a daily reminder for a bedroom, studio or any personal corner.
